Day 6
This was my mentality exactly,when the day came to an end yesterday.However much I try,unable to keep myself away from 'GLUTEN'.It's become like the most forbidden word in my dictionary,but like all forbidden things,you cannot possibly stay away.I cannot seem to pinpoint on a certain diet that will work for me.My kind of pefect diet would be the one that does not make me lethargic,and also makes me healthy in the process of being thin,but unable to zero-in on any particular format.Thinking about trying out the GM diet,vegetarian version.....
Let's see what tomorrow holds for me....

Day 5
Yeah...exactly that was the day yesterday...need I explain more...but I am not depressed or feeling bad.Sunday is the day hubby is there at home full day...and I get to cook something special for him...so no worries...will make it up this week....it's Diwali this week....so I need to be very careful.............

Day 4
Well starting day 4 with the above quote....need this to keep on going.Today started off well.....with two boiled egg whites plus a wholewheat toast.Made Palak Kadhi for lunch and had it with samo rice...trying to avoid gluten as far as possible but u cannot completely throw it out...not me....Anyways...will keep on trying to be on track.It's really frustrating sometimes,feel like throwing the dieting out of the window...but I need to focus...Maybe tomorrow will be a better day.

Day 3
Today started of,better than yesterday and hope so it continues like this for the rest of the day.Still haven't resumed walking.Have to start fm today itself.Will get back later in the day.
The day started off with poha & a cup of tea(with sugar).For lunch had a dal chila.A cup of tea(without sugar) in the evening and veg soup for dinner.I also managed to walk for 30 mins.Feeling pretty good.Need to improve on this tomorrow.

Day 1
This is Day 1 of my Diet Regime and I thought that I better start a blog, so that I stay focused.I cannot keep-up with any diet or exercise regime and that's why I loose weight for sometime and then get off track and regain more back.I do not want that mistake to be repeated again.
Hope to God that I'm successful this time.
So I started of the day with a cup of tea,which is not an advisable way to start.Tommorow I will definitely start as below,which is the right way to start any diet plan.
- As soon as u wake-up you need to start with 2 glasses of water.
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds whole dry swallowed with a glass of water/you can soak it overnight in a glass of water and drink it whole ie. without chewing the seeds.
- 1 tsp honey + 1/2 cup of warm water
8.15 am : 1 cup of tea(need to add littel sugar or switch to sugar free)
10.20 am : 1 apple
Had an apple.Nothing else till now.Will write back more when the day advances.
Mid-Morning :
11.45 am : Oats upma + 1 small cup of milk
Lunch :
3.00 pm : samak/samo rice/rice used during fasting + veggies
Mid-Evening :
6.30 pm : 1 cup of tea(w/o sugar) + 4 marie biscuits + 1 small cup bhelpuri with veggies
**did not have roasted gram hence had to go for bhelpuri
Dinner :
9.00 pm : 1/2 cup of roasted chana + 1 pear + 1/2 cup of milk
So,there goes my first day.Feeling a bit lethargic.Will add protiens to my diet tomorrow.
Will come back tomorrow.......have to come back.......have no other choice.
