Today started of,better than yesterday and hope so it continues like this for the rest of the day.Still haven't resumed walking.Have to start fm today itself.Will get back later in the day.
The day started off with poha & a cup of tea(with sugar).For lunch had a dal chila.A cup of tea(without sugar) in the evening and veg soup for dinner.I also managed to walk for 30 mins.Feeling pretty good.Need to improve on this tomorrow.
