This is Day 1 of my Diet Regime and I thought that I better start a blog, so that I stay focused.I cannot keep-up with any diet or exercise regime and that's why I loose weight for sometime and then get off track and regain more back.I do not want that mistake to be repeated again.
Hope to God that I'm successful this time.
So I started of the day with a cup of tea,which is not an advisable way to start.Tommorow I will definitely start as below,which is the right way to start any diet plan.
- As soon as u wake-up you need to start with 2 glasses of water.
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds whole dry swallowed with a glass of water/you can soak it overnight in a glass of water and drink it whole ie. without chewing the seeds.
- 1 tsp honey + 1/2 cup of warm water
8.15 am : 1 cup of tea(need to add littel sugar or switch to sugar free)
10.20 am : 1 apple
Had an apple.Nothing else till now.Will write back more when the day advances.
Mid-Morning :
11.45 am : Oats upma + 1 small cup of milk
Lunch :
3.00 pm : samak/samo rice/rice used during fasting + veggies
Mid-Evening :
6.30 pm : 1 cup of tea(w/o sugar) + 4 marie biscuits + 1 small cup bhelpuri with veggies
**did not have roasted gram hence had to go for bhelpuri
Dinner :
9.00 pm : 1/2 cup of roasted chana + 1 pear + 1/2 cup of milk
So,there goes my first day.Feeling a bit lethargic.Will add protiens to my diet tomorrow.
Will come back tomorrow.......have to come back.......have no other choice.
